I tried washing it with water and everything! Still red and sore! RARR!.
Then, I remembered that I brought some Rohto Lycee eye wash cleansing lotion!! Never opened it before, got it when I was on holiday in Hong Kong. When I opened the pack, its soo pretty and pink X] I love pink..as you can see on my blog hehe.
What you meant to do is fill the cap which is provided to the line with the solution. The solution has this rose scent, very nice! =] Then, you put the cap around your eye, tilt your head forward, and theres a lil thing that you can squeeze on. So you keep doing that for 10 secs and open and blink several times. At first, I was a bit scared cos I don't like water in my eyes..O__O but it felt very refreshing after I've done it! =], so after you finished with one eye, you discard the solution and fill it up again and repeat to the other eye.
After you have finished with the cap, rinse it well with lukewarm water.
You can use this 6 times a day! It actually helps to cleanse your eyes, you know sometimes you have like mascara inside your eyes, or liquid eyeliner that gets into your eyeball? It helps to clean it all out! =p so less infection! ;)
Its not very expensive I must say, when I just searched it on ebay! =]

Also, theres these really good contact eye drops!! It has a lil tingle when you use them, but your eyes feel better after using them though =]
So you can get them here on amazon! Still quite expensive hmmm.....
